As I cruised various leadership blogs I ran across this quote from the Army. It's a definition of leadership that resonated with me."Leadership is influencing people -- by providing purpose, direction, and motivation -- while operating to accomplish the mission and improving the organization."

One of my favorites is from Ghandi who said, "You must be the change you wish to see in the world.". I guess we are that change!
